Joining qualia in September 2008 as the Spa Director, Sonja Sorich created an entirely new concept for qualia which embraced the indigenous qualities of the property and its location. Whilst managing daily operations she also created and directed the complete delivery of the new concept, spa menu, OS&E, FF&E, logistical roll out and spa training.
