Sonja Sorich managed the pre-opening project for One&Only Hayman Island in 2015 (since rebranded to InterContinental Hayman Island Resort). The project encompassed the: Fitness Centre, Hair Salon and Spa. Sonja organised: Project Management, Exclusive Hair, Spa and Fitness Partnerships with Luc Espace, Bodyism and Amala Beauty, Spa Concept Creation and Spa Menu of Services, Costings and RRP, Specification of OSE, Treatment Protocols, Staff Training.
